Rare Collectables

18 June, 2020

Welcome Fine Art Collector & Astute Investor,

My name is Jonathan Debraux and I am honoured to represent an influential sixth generation family in offering significant global artefacts from their personal collection.

I have been commissioned to represent the sale of three East Asian pieces and one South Asian piece acquired between 1907 and 1914. These much-loved and highly-prized pieces, each more than 100 years old, have been held by the family for more than a century.

The family are seasoned and distinguished travellers and share a lineage of the same. They are known for visiting countries and locations not frequented by Westerners. Impeccably documented and recorded, the family has preserved colourful stories of their epic adventures and the narratives behind the prudent curation and acquisition of the many treasures comprising their collection.

These much-loved and highly-prized pieces, each more than 100 years old, have been held by the family for more than a century.
